A fun, competitive, fast-paced, team-building environment with a focus on pushing beyond existing exercise goals to generate 10,000 + steps a day. |

How it works: |
Individual exercises must be logged every month. Every 2-3 months, the department team with the highest team step average wins complementary dining passes and the honor of signing the 'Sole Power' Shoe trophy and displays it in their department until the next winning team is determined. |
Individual exercises must be logged every week and turned into the team captain by 5pm the Monday after the completed week. At the end of the 4 week period, the team with the highest amount of steps generated wins the Golden Shoe Trophy, to be displayed in the office until the next year's competition begins. |
